You know, it's like that with you and all these people! You just "LIGHT UP!"

The other day, I was doing my best to Spread the Word of God! I was fortunate enough to talk to someone that had already been touched by the power of love, energy and devotion.

Thinking back on this encounter I had, it was a confirmation in my head, that what I was doing the right thing, that my life has so much more of a profound purpose. I realised even more how much i love the Baha'i Faith and all that it stands for, How happy it makes me and how much i want to spread this happiness to the rest of the world! I still have so many more people to meet, see, love, be touched by?

It made me really, want to do more and more! Teach the world more and more about the how beautiful life is? How with the God in your Heart it can make things happen!

Any way, so i was talking to this young lady about my Faith! She seemed interested so I just kept going with it. Then suddenly she stopped me and said " You, your Friend, you JUST LIGHT UP, when you are talking about your Faith...I don't know what it is...but it is something else.."

I had never realised that me or my friend or for that matter anyone of us in this world had such a potential to influence or touch anothers life. This is when i, myself, got moved at the thought of thinking, that through my words and actions i had the potential to help the world and in the process improve myself. I was touched that night into a state of Humility and Gratitude!

Just something small i wanted to share with you all!

I have been so blessed to have met the people i have met in my lifetime and am excited at the prospect of tomorrow and the next day and the next and so on and so on, until my very last breath, I want to share the message of Baha with you all, with the world. It makes me happy and I feel it will also make you happy! I wish you a happy life!

So houses what are they, what do they mean to you? To me, my house is my surroundings, the world and it´s people! Narrowing it down slightly to those buildings with roofs, doors, windows, kitchens and toilets! All the usual things........

One of the dictionary meaning was: a building in which people live; residence for human beings. This is exactly it but a House is also something else for me. It is a place in which i can, feel comfortable! My home is in everyone´s house, wherever i am in the world! I hope one day I will make it to your home, if i already haven´t so that i can see where else i live in the world, what other beautiful places surround me and my millions of home around the world!

Some of you would be like, dude he is crazy, but yeh, this the strange but cool feeling i get whenever i enter a new house, that is filled with love, joy, music, laughter! Whatever it be, that house surrounds me with what it can offer me. I take it with open arms and am grateful for all that I have been able to experience and see in Life!

I have been so fortunate to have been raised in a Bahaí household and through my own initiative and investigation could not deny the Truth of this Faith! Any way so again through my travels, I have noticed how each Bahaí house has a strange connectivity to it! A feeling of being home, every time i step into a new Bahaí house. The same sounds, the same images, the same symbols, the same books! I feel totally at home whenever i enter another house that is filled with all these things, because it is exactly the way i left my own home back in Australia!

I wanted to share this with you! I wanted to share the Bahaí Faith with you, so that you can also feel these feelings! That is why, i will try my best to make it to all of your house´s before i die, if i already haven´t so that i can grasp what i can from your house, learn what i can from it and share what i can with it and the people dwelling in it!

Love you all! See you at home sometime!

So going on in a slightly different tangent! People, are amazing! Hope the previous post made you, feel whatever Unique feeling you had about it!

People and the surroundings that are around us are also a very important part of daily living! Life in general!

The People that are around us, the society we live in, the music we listen to, the TV we watch, the films we enjoy, the nature that is around us are all continually surrounding us both internally and externally!

On different days and moods we feel the need to surround ourselves with different things! Just remember that who, what, when and where you surround yourself will have an impact on you right that minute or 10 minutes from then, or it might make an impact 10 years from now! Surroundings are so mysterious! Mystery is in everything! Life is a Big Mystery! We are Surrounded!

Surroundings a very important and just remember to always surround yourself by those things, people, places and times that make you happy! Happiness isn´t here or there! It is right NOW! It is surrounding you! Look around! Be happy, if you´re not! Pack up and leave, move on! If the your surroundings are not ones that are conducive to your health MOVE! Just remember that moving isn´t always easy on you or those things, place or people that surrounded you for so long, but remember to be happy sometimes might mean you need to make that move for yourself to in turn make yourself happy, progress yourself, help the world progress in the idea of connectivity we all have to one another and the duty we all have to Shape the World we live in!

Surroundings are everywhere and everything around us!

Not sure if this post made much sense to anyone, it is again another one of those in the outer realms of the Pharan-o-sphere.

PEACE

The past few days, I have been think about people and our interaction with one another. I really don't know how to properly express what I am feeling inside of me (Pharan-o-sphere almost entered the Black hole!). It is something strange how we are all connected and have this special bond even though we may have never met each other or potentially never will meet everyone in the whole world or ever pass everyone in the whole world. We are all which ever way you want to think about it CONNECTED! I do something, that affects you, you do something that affects another and this connection in the world has been continuing from that very minute, that very instance the letters B and E came to together and formed the world through the Power and Might of this one Word ¨BE¨!

I just watched LA CRASH for my second time. Any way what a fantastic film! Please do watch this film if you already haven´t.The first time I had watched it was back in 2005, i think.

Any way i remember i really liked this film, for what i don´t really remember other than it covered the issue of racial prejudice. An issue that i feel is something that is without a doubt along with the understanding and realisation that all forms of prejudice are something that are of total and absolute lowliness to Humanity. People seem to sometimes forget that we are all from one place, the Earth and that we are people! We must all remember that ¨The earth is but one country, and mankind its citizens¨! Why do we hold differences against us or them or him or her or black or white or happy or sad or whatever you want it to be. WHY DIFFERENCES ?

Sure, sure I can come up with a million ¨difference¨ myself don´t worry about that, not to say that i am perfect or you are or anyone is perfect! We are all Human, we just need to try and get more and more people to grasp this idea and understanding that we are all the same as much as we are different! That we are all from the same Earth, we are all from the same stock! These potential in the world can only be truly understood through the absolute Unity of World and it´s people!

I just think that we must all realise that these so called ¨differences¨are really the uniqueness in all of us. That we are all Unique, amazing people that are connected to one another either directly or indirectly.

People are so interesting! Through my few experiences of traveling, I have always loved observing the way people think and do things in each different part of the world! The different sets of Human nature different parts of the world possess! I love saying Hello to everyone and anyone I can! I love the idea that we are all connected so to everyone that i pass, i usually most of the time feel the need to stay hello to them, even if it might only ever pass them once in my life or i might only know a few words in their language; I try and immerse or just smile at them! I feel the constant need to meet more people, make new friends! To make people happy, to be happy!

I want to connect to each person i meet or ever pass, even if it is for a split second, a smile, a hello, a how are you, or comment or whatever you feel the need to do or not do to connect yourself to the Soul of the World! The Human Race!

We live in a Beautiful World!

Life is Beautiful!

Enjoy the Moment!

Love Life!

Be AMAZED at what is right in front of you! This WOLRD and the People within it!

I love the World, I love the people of the World, because we are all connected! I feel it! I hope you soon do if you already haven´t!

"Let your vision be world-embracing, rather than confined to your own selves...Do not busy yourselves in your own concerns; let your thoughts be fixed upon that which will rehabilitate the fortunes of mankind and sanctify the hearts and souls of men." (Bahaí Writings)

The Tree, what is it all about it! Well, just recently, I had this metaphoric tree popping in and out of my head! I knew about this Tree and had heard about it a long time ago several times when i was younger by my grandpa but I never really understood what it ment or what he was trying to instill in me. Even though it kept popping in and out of my thoughts, I was unsure of the ending, I wanted to talk to my grandpa about this tree again, I knew he would know the answer and tell me this wonderful metaphor. Last night my Grandpa called and I was like YES!!! I will find the answer. You know the feeling when you have those dreams that you can never find the ending to until maybe a week, a month, a year, a life time later! I realise what this tree was now and will never forget it again! On the contrary i want to share the beauty of this tree with you all!, through this short story I made up as I went along.

So for me the tree was a mango tree.......so if you can imagine a Mango Tree, please do so if not any Fruit Tree will be sufficient for your fruit this story.

So one day this little boy was walking home from school in the hot mid-summer sun when suddenly he walks past his favourite fruit tree a Mango Tree! He was so excited because he always loved to have a refreshing mango after school, to get some juices from the earth to keep him going for some homework or some playing around on his bike or with his friends before dinner time. This year though he had been noticing that, the Tree had hardly any fruit from it and that by mid summer it had normally dropped most of the mango for the peoples pleasure. He wondered the rest of the way home thinking what was wrong with the tree, maybe it hadn't had enough water, maybe it wasn't happy, maybe it was sick, maybe it was just dieing, maybe it didn't want to drop the fruit anymore........

The next day, he walked passed, not one fruit. The next day the same thing, the next week still no fruit. In one month the summer would be over and the mango tree at the end of the street would not have dropped one mango all summer! At this point the little boy, goes to his grandpa and tells him about what had been occurring with the Mango Tree and he was wondering if maybe his grandpa would know what was wrong with it!

So his Grandpa, thinks for a while.....Tells him to come and sit on his Lap and he will explain what is wrong with the tree. "So, this tree of yours hasn't dropped any fruit this year?", I said "Yeh, no fruit all summer, i think it's sick or its just dieing"

He looked into my eyes and said " Yes you could say that the tree is dieing when it starts to behave like that, just make sure that you never become like that tree".

"What? I would never become a tree!"

He starts to laugh and replied " No not like the tree with leaves and fruit, just make sure you always drop your fruit"

"Drop my fruit, what does that mean?, I never had fruit, never will"

"Of course you have fruit, we all have fruit, just make sure that whenever your grow up you continually, drop your fruit for others to enjoy. You are the like the beautiful tree, that has the these fruits for others to enjoy, the green leaves to shade and protect them from the hot summer sun, to drop your fruit is a bounty that has a blessing we never understand straight away. Just promise me you will always drop your fruit, whenever you get some, oh make sure they are rip before you drop them though...Promise?"

"aahh, ok, Grandpa i promise but i don't get it....but because you said i have to drop my fruit, i promise, i will drop my fruit when i get any." With a slight smile and a giggle the conversation ends. I go back outside, walk to that mango tree, look at it and think, you are naughty, I am going to drop my fruit when i get some, because grandpa said thats the right thing to do and your just not doing the right thing.

The END

So after reading my little short story, I was wondering if you got the metaphor behind it.....I am not sure if it was that clear or if i should tell you now or let you realise it for yourself? I think, i am going to make you contemplate about your tree for a while, if you really get stuck FB me or email and if you like i will tell you the hidden meaning behind it.

One HINT though, Humility has a big part to play!

Barriers, why do we put them up between ourselves and others? Why are people so hung up on the way others perceive or feel about them. Going on from my last post, it is like we must all realize that our relationship with everyone is different in this world. We are not perfect and we do not get along with everyone. It is up to us to accept this, break down those barriers and enjoy what we do have with others.

We must stop putting barriers between ourselves and others, there is no problem, this is just the way our relationship is with that other person. There is no problem, people in the world have different relationships with different people. One example is that someones mother, son relationship is different to someone else's mother son relationships, we have to accept that and the sooner that we do accept this the better we will feel in ourselves and the easier that relationship will become. We must not distract ourselves by putting up barriers or feeling that this is wrong, it should be a certain way or that it should be better. This is not to say that we shouldn't strive to improve, get to know that person better or what not. Still love them, learn from them but accept that some relationships that you will have in your life will be different to others.

Just accept that this is the way it is, and in a strange way you will start to realise how things between the two in that relationship will naturally fall into place. So relax, live life, be greatful for what is right in front of you, not what was yesterday or what you think is tomorrow. Just enjoy this moment, this second. Like someone always told me. IN ROOZ-HA BAR-NEME GARDE! (Persian for "These days will never return")

Any way i know this blog might be making you hurt, angry, sad, happy all at once, making you think and realise certain situations/relationships in a certain way that you have never before thought about.

Just remember Live today, not what was yesterday, what you think will be tomorrow, be thankful for what is right in front of you!

Yesterday, I was walking to the train station and then suddenly I came across a young man in a wheel chair. I had observed that he was staring at me but I didn't stare back at him because I guess that wouldn't have been nice. So i just kept walking did my thing and as i passed him i said good morning, with his pleasant reply of good morning back at me.

As I had passed him for i guess a few hundred, something in my head told me to turn around and then at that moment when i had turned around i had realized, how privileged we are to have what we have and are today. I realized that this young man in the wheel chair was watching me walk. Stride for stride, i am sure of it, he was watching me walk. I almost broke into tears, but yeh i have some problems, i don't really cry anymore, so it was hard to get these tears out, but regardless i had felt something, i had been touched by this guy in the wheel chair. He had made me realize how much we have right in front of us and we still want or seek more and take what we have for granted. I suddenly realized how privileged I had been my whole life. I was an able bodied person that was able to taste, listen, see, feel and smell and then on top of this i was again so privileged my whole schooling life, to have the most wonderful teachers, parents that loved me despite all that i had and have and will put them threw, family that doesn't give up on me, friends that love me like their own brother and sisters and a society that is World embracing!

I felt privileged!

Just think to your self today, WOW, I am so privileged, (note i am not using the word luck), we are all so privileged to have what we have right now, right this minute, right in front of us, your power to read, understand and think about this blog, my ability to have thought about it and write this blog.

I am, we all are privileged to have what is ours, the things that we take for granted each day are really a Blessing in disguise to a Higher Understanding.

Peace...........

Release, what does it mean to you? What does it mean in the dictionary? What does it mean to the person next to you? Release?

Release, Release, Release................Think about it........What does it mean to release?

I looked up the meaning at www.dictionary.com and found the best meanings that fitted the purposes and context of this blog for the word Release. The few that i felt were relevant are:
  • to free from anything that restrains, fastens, etc.
  • to allow to be known, issued, done, or exhibited
  • a freeing or releasing from confinement, obligation, pain, emotional strain, etc.
Release is something that is so important, in the progression of self in this mortal world we live in. We must all come to terms in being able to release our inner self! This is one way in which we will assist ourselves in reaching our true potential, being able to find those Hidden Gems within us.

Today when i was walking home, I was listening to one of my favourite songs right now and it was discussing this exact idea behind the release of self. The name of the song is Big Sky-John O'Callaghan Ft Audrey Gallagher.

It touched me and made me realize that this life is just like the Big Sky, it is boundless, endless, eternal, everlasting etc. Sure physically we will all pass onto the Worlds beyond us, but for now the way in which we can strive for this happiness and a life filled with limitless opportunities is just as the big sky. I am not sure if that makes sense to the reader but this comes back to the part where i was explaining somethings i might be saying are in the Pharan-o-sphere and at times are out of reach for others. We all have our own sphere, that belong to us and can not be entered or altered by anyone but God. People are able to get close but they will never enter your reality. Be aware that you are the big sky, able to shape you, your actions, your day, your year, your life, your journey!

Some of the thought evoking lyrics of interest are listed below:

  • Breath in this moment, its come and gone, further and faster, through your soul, open your eyes and raise your arms........................
  • Release yourself, its a big sky, reveal yourself, its a big sky, we love, we leave, we take, we give, release yourself, its a big sky......................
  • It's a Big Sky
  • Further and faster, through your soul, open your eyes, open your mind, release yourself, its a big sky, reveal yourself, its a big sky, we love , we leave, we take , we give, release yourself, its a big sky.........
I feel that it is important for you to read and interpret these words for yourself. The power of them and understanding lies in your own mind.

Then i went onto read about what the Baha'i Writings have to say about release of self.

Abdul-Baha said that: When one is released from the prison of self, that is indeed release, for that is the greater prison. When this release takes place, then one cannot be outwardly imprisoned. When they put my feet in stocks, I would say to the guard, 'You cannot imprison me, for here I have light and air and bread and water. There will come a time when my body will be in the ground, and I shall have neither light nor air nor food nor water, but even then I shall not be imprisoned.' The afflictions which come to humanity sometimes tend to centre the consciousness upon the limitations, and this is a veritable prison. Release comes by making of the will a Door through which the confirmations of the Spirit come."

"The confirmations of the Spirit are all those powers and gifts which some are born with (and which men sometimes call genius), but for which others have to strive with infinite pains. They come to that man or woman who accepts his life with radiant acquiescence."

This Beautiful example from Abdul-Baha, makes me really thing about those confirmations of the Spirit in which arrive to us through acceptance of ones life with radiant acquiescence. We must all strive with all our hearts to Praise and show are utmost Gratitude to God or whatever you believe is Out There for having been given you this life you possess and having the capacity to do what you need to do in your life!

Release......is something that is unique to all of us, we all experience it in our own beautiful way. I am also not sure, if anyone will fully reach this Release, but i think the most important thing is that we are aware of it, the power it possesses, the Blessings it will bring on this ride to eternal happiness. Remember everlasting happiness doesn't mean always being on top of the world but rather, going through trials and difficulties in search, in search of this happiness, in search of these confirmations of the Spirit.

Release, maybe this week, or today it could be your focus, or even for those of us that are fasting we can make it apart of the remainder of this fast, to RELEASE ourself! Release from whatever we need to release from, to try and start grasping the idea of releasing, revealing, relieving ourself!

RELEASE.........RELEASe.......RELEAse.............RELEase........RELease........RElease........Release....

release........................................................................................

Just these past few days, I have become amazed at the power of words, emotions, feelings and the interconnectivity of all of them in this reality we call the WORLD!

Sometimes i wonder, why do words always have such a powerful meaning? I was always suspicious and curious of the way people would act or respond when you would say something to them. My mum always told me it was the tone of voice in which you say something that brings forth it's true meaning. Whatever emotions they were going to be evoking in the person you were talking to or writing to it would undoubtedly have a reaction.

I was reading an email from a friend this morning and was almost overwhelmed to tears with all the kind words that she had showered upon me. I just couldn't believe what I was reading not because the things that she was describing were things that people knew i possessed as long as myself and either loved me or hated me for them. I think I just became overwhelmed with the idea that our actions and words have a greater meaning that we do not always full understand in the moment.

However then a greater sense of Gratitude unto God that Higher Power, Energy, Life Form, whatever you want to call it, struck me! I was so thankful, to have been Blessed to be the person I was, am and will become!

I don't really know where this blog is going, other than to say that the power of words have touched me in such a way, that people can not imagine. I am so thankful to all those that have showed love and kindness to me through both their words and actions. Baha'u'llah a Manifestation from God and the Founder of the Baha'i Faith say that:

"A kindly tongue is the lodestone of the hearts of men. It is the bread of the spirit, it clotheth the words with meaning, it is the fountain of the light of wisdom and understanding."

That is all i have to say for now. Think about your words, the way in which you use them and the context in which you utter them. The power of Words and their meanings are beyond what we know of them, they are the " Bread of the Spirit"! Each and everyone of us must discover our unique way of the use of Words, just the same as we all have to discover our own capacities and Gems in LIFE!

This afternoon, I had the bounty of seeing one of my dreams come true. I was amazed, I was as if no one else could make me happier! IT SNOWED~!

I was like, yeah the weather isn't looking good, and the suddenly the rain and then the sleety messy looking snow stuff and then suddenly the beautiful and grace of SNOW!!!! falling from the sky like their was no tomorrow.

I am not sure if you all remember, what it felt like to do something or experience something for the first time! However, I am telling you, that seeing that snow illuminate in front of me was one of the most amazing feelings i have had in such a long time! It was as if i was looking through a mirror/portal into a different reality, reflecting something that was out of this world! It felt like the ground was moving or the sky was falling! I was unsure what was really happening, until i snapped out of my trance as the bus arrived realizing it was snowing in this physical reality, i am living, right this minute.

When was the last time, you did or experienced something for the first? I certainly can't remember when it was, until this afternoon happened! Sometimes the most simplest of things fulfill us. It is such a sur-real feeling when dreams suddenly become reality out of no where, when you were least expecting it, it all just comes into view!

aahhhhhhhh......I was so fortunate to have experienced something new once again, a different feeling and joy that can not be fully expressed or explained in words!

Don't be afraid to do things! Do what your heart tells you to do, and realize that every minute you are living is a blessing. Do things like yesterday never happened, tomorrow is never coming but today is HAPPENING! LIVE IT, Enjoy IT, LOVE IT!

Life is Beautiful!
